Our Gathering tier (50–150 guests) is built specifically for office lunches and smaller corporate functions, with drop-off or light on-site service — no need for a full event production for a team of 60. Larger company events — an annual party, a launch, a multi-department gathering — move into the Celebration tier (150–500 guests), with full staff and live counters.

Why a live counter changes an office event

Drop-off trays are fine for a Tuesday lunch. For anything meant to feel like an event — a client visit, a year-end party — a live tandoor or biryani platter station does more for the room than another chafing dish, and it's part of the same Monal kitchen behind our everyday biryani, karahi and BBQ, not a separate "corporate menu."
