Eid in Sharjah usually means one thing at the table: more people than a normal week, and a spread that has to stretch across a long, unhurried family sitting. Taier Al Monal runs a special Eid buffet for both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha — a bigger version of the everyday buffet, built for exactly that kind of gathering.
Both Eids, one kitchen
The Eid buffet draws from the same biryani, karahi, handi and live tandoor BBQ kitchen behind our regular weekday and weekend buffets — scaled up and served across lunch and dinner for the occasion, rather than a limited festive set menu.
Why dates and timings aren't fixed here
Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha follow the Islamic lunar calendar, so the exact date shifts every year and is only confirmed a day or two ahead by moon sighting. Rather than publish a date that goes stale, we'd rather you contact us close to the occasion — we'll confirm that year's Eid buffet timing, and whether it's running as lunch, dinner, or both.
Good for the whole family
Eid gatherings tend to run larger than a normal family dinner — extended family, kids, grandparents, all at once. We regularly reserve family sections for exactly this, the same way we do for birthdays and other celebrations, so a bigger group isn't a problem if you let us know ahead of time.
